I just realized something. With Charizard and Greninja's inclusion that makes the current number of Pokémon reps to be four. If five reps is supposed to be the max per series, then that just leaves Jigglypuff. So, unless Jigglypuff gets cut or we receive a sixth Mario rep, there will be plenty of Mewtwo fanboy tears for all!

As a Metroid Fan, this pleases me. (< See my profile pic)

Although I wish Dark Samus was playable. Metroid really needs a villain rep. If Ridley's a boss, then Dark Samus would've been the next best option.

I saw some people on another forum speculate how the Special Flag could work and they had a really nice idea: Essentially, it could be like a special version of the Assist Trophy where you summon old Namco arcade characters, as demonstrated by the Boss Galaga.

Do you think this could work? If true, which old-school Namco characters would ya like to see summoned?

Ness, Captain Falcon, Wario, and Ice Climbers have somewhat been nailed for confirmation though their series inclusion.

Palutena and Issac where removed from Pits Final Smash and the Assist Trophy list, leading them to potentially be Playable Characters.

And Meta Knight and Mr. Game and Watch are the only two characters left on the original whiteboard image they tweeted.

Then after that we need a second Fire Emblem Rep, Gannondorf/Demise, and maybe the return of Solid Snake since Kojima wants him back in.

Kremlings and Tikis both were also shown in the Smash Run gameplay: maybe a third DK rep is incoming? Dixie Kong seems the most likely; as much as I want K. Rool in, it'd be odd for him to fight his own minions (though then again, he's an asshole them).

Meanwhile, I'm really curious to see how the customizable moves thing will work. Are they just for special moves? Are you free to edit moves as you please, or will there be a cost limit or similar system to prevent fighters from running rampant with armor frames like Donkey Kong showed? If so, will it actually be a point system or will it be an organization thing like Stickers from Brawl or the Powers from Kid Icarus: Uprising?

(Though honestly I'd prefer him over Jigglypuff at this point: her relevance has been questionable since Melee, and Wii Fit Trainer has pretty much dethroned her as the prime "joke" entrant. At least Mewtwo's appeared in a recent movie and also has fancy new Mega Evolutions to show off.)

It's one of the clouds in the middle, directly above the branch.

I think it's a little bit of a stretch, honestly – the image is kinda blurry. Also, are we sure that this isn't a shoop?

Ok, now I see it. Seems like a bit of a stretch to me. It's probably not a shoop, just a bit of pareidolia on the part of some overly analytical people.

Fact is: Lucina would have to be an alternate skin to Marth, while Chrom would have to be an Alternate Skin to Ike. Well, Chrom may still work, but suddenly we have consistency issues.

I have a feeling if there is a 3rd Fire Emblem Rep, it will be a main character we did not expect, will likely not be a Lord/Greatlord or Ranger/Hero/Vanguard class, and will have been featured in a world-wide release of Fire Emblem.

And hint, both of them use magic and both of their hair is white (at least by default).

Fake. There is literally no reason to take angled shots of the best buy kiosk demo like that, the employee would not be overseen by a Nintendo Employee and would of had the ability to take a full picture of the screen. Not to mention there is literally no reason to make characters get unlocked during the demo event, all the characters in the demo event will be unlocked immediately.

And Lock Icons have not been used since the original super smash brothers. And having the option to change your character at the upper right hand of the screen is insanely redundant.
