About
Domino's Employee Before And After refers to an exploitable "Before and After" image macro of a Domino's Pizza employee when he's on the clock versus off the clock, among other "X vs. X" before-and-after scenarios. Although both images are from separate sources, the first coming from a Reddit post in January 2020 and the second coming from a viral video in September 2020, the two images became associated with each other in March 2021 on Twitter but more notably in September 2021 on Facebook and Twitter. The images were remixed into other memes across Twitter and Instagram going into October 2021.

On January 21st, 2020, Reddit user usernotfoundplstry posted to the subreddit r/13or30 showing a photo of a local Domino's Pizza manager. The post[1] (shown below) received roughly 9,900 upvotes over the course of two years.
In September 2020, a video of a Domino's Pizza delivery driver named Rolando smoking weed and toting handguns with gang members in Los Angeles went viral across platforms. The video[2] (shown below) was uploaded to WorldStarHipHop on September 15th, 2020, and received roughly 393,200 views over the course of one year.
The Images Come Together
On January 22nd, 2020, the image of the Domino's Pizza manager from Reddit made its way to Twitter in a tweet uploaded by Twitter user @225twit. The tweet[3] (shown below, left) received 49 likes over the course of one year. On March 10th, 2021, Twitter user @EXXCLUSlVE quote tweeted @225twit's tweet including a screenshot from the September 2020 viral video of Rolando the delivery driver smoking with a handgun. The quote tweet[4] (shown below, right) received 189 likes over the course of one year.
On September 25th, 2021, Twitter[8] account @gassed_ made a post using the images together, using the caption "character development." The tweet (shown below) received roughly 79,600 likes over the course of two weeks.
Spread
On September 26th, 2021, Facebook page Metacortx made a post using both images, captioning them "First day of the job vs 1 year into the job." The post[5] (shown below) received roughly 1,700 reactions and 6,700 shares over the course of one week.
On September 28th, 2021, Twitter user @sulfidehex used the two photos in one tweet, including the caption "im a whole different nigga when I'm off the clock." The tweet[6] (shown below) received roughly 18,700 likes and 2,800 retweets over the course of one week.
Twitter user @PlSSCHRIST replied to @sulfidehex's tweet on September 29th, 2021, pairing the image of the manager with a photo from January 2020 of a female Domino's employee showing her butt in the bathroom mirror. The image[7] received roughly 2,000 likes over the course of six days.
More memes using the likeness of all three images appeared on Instagram going into 2021 using templates like the Dramatic Crossroads, among others.
