Get Gojoed refers to a trend on TikTok in which people will take a photograph then photoshop it such that the subject looks like Satoru Gojō from Jujutsu Kaisen. Alternatively, a person will prank another by pulling their facemask above their eyes, making them look like they have adopted Gojo's signature way of hiding his eyes.

Origin

On June 15th, 2021, TikToker kite.enthusiast posted a TikTok in which they edit a person's photograph such that they look like Satoru Gojo. The video gained over 38,000 likes (shown below).

Spread

The video started a trend of others editing photographs to make the subjects look like Gojo. For example, on June 30th, user @trinacupcake posted a similar video featuring Patrick Star, gaining over 497,000 likes (shown below, left). On July 7th, user @thatnanamistan posted an example that gained over 444,000 likes (shown below, right).

In addition to the photoshopping trend, a similar trend emerged in which people would prank others by pulling their facemasks over their eyes, finishing with a photoshop that made the person look like Gojo. One of the most notable of these was posted July 22nd, 2021 by Instagram user @pelerpudel, who showed a video of a sleeping security guard getting his masked pulled over his face. The video gained over 1 million likes on Instagram (shown below).



The trend also grew popular on Tiktok. For example, user thatnanamistan posted an example that gained over 15,000 likes (shown below, left). On December 15th, user @twiminary posted an example featuring K-pop group Twice, gaining over 204,000 likes.
