About
I Did It, I Saved the Town, also known as the Billford Animation, refers to an explicit Gravity Falls animation that focuses on the "Billford" shipping of the characters Stanford Pines and Bill Cipher who are shown having homosexual relations because it's the only way that Pines can save the town. At the end of the animation, Pines is shown shirtless looking out of a window with his hands on his hips while the sun sets and he attests, "I did it. I saved the town." The animation was created by animator Mango Pablo who debuted SFW trailers on YouTube in September 2024. Mango Pablo posted the full animation to Patreon soon after. The Billford animation became infamous among the Gravity Falls fandom who posted memes about it on TikTok and elsewhere, centering on Pines' final quote, "I did it. I saved the town."
