International Waters refers to an exploitable webcomic by One Giant Hand, the strip of popular Twitter user Pixelated Boat. It depicts a sea captain asking if he's in international waters. His crew mate says yes, allowing the captain to think a "forbidden thought." What that thought is is changed in exploitables.

Origin

On May 20th, 2017, One Giant Hand^[1] posted the comic to its Tumblr page, where it gained over 440 notes. The original features Jar Jar Binks telling Wario that he's pregnant with his child (shown below).
