Joe Rogan's Ice Bath Nipples refers to a video of comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan taking, then getting out of a 20-minute long ice bath with erect nipples due to the cold. The video became the subject of jokes and memes online, mostly because of the size of Rogan's nipples, resulting in a number of photoshops revolving around them.

Origin

On July 26th, 2021, the comedian and host of the JRE podcast, Joe Rogan, posted a 20-minute long video to Instagram^[1] of himself submerged in an ice bath while doing heavy breathing exercises (shown below). The video gained over 3.4 million views in two days.

That day, the Twitter^[2] page for @Dexerto shared a clip of Rogan from the video doing heavy breathing exercises, looking notably uncomfortable (shown below).

People soon began making explicit mention of Rogan's nipples in the video, particularly when he gets out of the ice bath around the 20-minute mark. On July 27th, TikToker^[5] @vicbergeriv posted a close-up clip of Rogan's breathing exercises during the video, garnering over 300,000 views in two days (shown below).

On July 28th, for example, Twitter^[3] user @harrycampb3ll posted, "we need to talk about Joe Rogan’s nipples" along with a screenshot of Rogan about to exit the tub (shown below).

On July 29th, Twitter^[4] user @sbgderrick posted a photoshopped screenshot of Rogan exiting the bath, giving him enlarged breasts, garnering over 2,500 likes in under a day (shown below).

On the same day, the H3 Podcast uploaded an episode of their "Off The Rails" show featuring a segment where they react to Rogan's ice bath video, featuring a number of original photoshop jobs made by staff member Cameron (shown below).
