That's Crazy, Man. Have You Ever Done DMT? is an exploitable image macro series featuring a picture of Joe Rogan talking with a guest during a recording of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast. In the series, Rogan reacts to a variety of unrelated statements by saying "That's crazy. Have you ever tried DMT?", referring to dimethyltryptamine, a chemical consumed as a psychedelic drug. On the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Rogan has been known to frequently discuss his intense psychedelics experiences with DMT (shown below).

On December 3rd, 2018, Redditor poppyseedgiraffe submitted an image of mathematician Eric Weinstein talking to Joe Rogan, in which Rogan responds "That's crazy man. Have you ever done DMT?" Within one month, the post gained over 8,100 points (94% upvoted) and 300 comments on /r/JoeRogan.^[1]

On December 5th, 2018, Twitter user @F1NG3RSMUSIC tweeted a Metal Gear-themed version of the meme (shown below, left). On December 10th, Redditor Subrosa34 submitted a variation of the meme about a 4-year-old son performing a somersault (shown below, right). Over the next two weeks, the post received more than 5,100 points (94% upvoted) and 70 comments on /r/JoeRogan.^[4]

On December 14th, the Funny DMT Apparel retailer placed a "That's Crazy Have You Ever Tried DMT" T-shirt for sale on Amazon^[2] (shown below).
