Saitama's "OK" Face, also referred to as One-Punch Man's "OK", is a single-panel illustration of the main protagonist from the Japanese webcomic series One-Punch Man uttering "okay" with a dry and indifferent facial expression.
Origin
In the Aliens Conquerors arc[1] of the series, Saitama confronts Lord Boros, the leader of the invasive alien army known as the "Dark Matter Thieves," in a battle. Upon unleashing his first punch on Boros, Saitama's otherwise lethal attack destroys his heavy armor but the villain unexpectedly remains unaffected, who goes on to say "the armor I used to seal my all too powerful strength is now broken." In response, Saitama simply utters "OK."
The quote first appeared in a single-issue release of the original webcomic series, but the more commonly used illustration comes from the 34th chapter[4] of the manga series drawn by Yūsuke Murata. On July 17th, 2015, Imgur user Dankscrub420 uploaded the single-panel illustration in a post titled "Saitama Is Okay,"[2] garnering over 551,000 views in the first six months.

By late November 2015, Saitama's "OK" had begun to inspire fan artworks on Reddit and Imgur; On November 27th, Imgur user Dipm[6] submitted a photograph of a painting based on the illustration. Two days later, Redditor m0nty55 submitted a photograph of another painting tribute created by her friend to /r/OnePunchMan. In December, at least three different renditions of the original illustration were uploaded to 9GAG[5][8][11][12][14], while more than a dozen of posts featuring photoshopped parodies and fan-made merchandises based on the quote emerged on Reddit's /r/OnePunchMan. On December 6th, a Drawception thread[15] was commissioned based on the single-panel illustration. On December 16th, a Facebook fan page[10] dedicated to the memorable quote was created, which garnered nearly 1,700 likes in just over a month. Furthermore, dozens of additional fan artworks and discussion posts about Saitama's "OK" face can be found on Tumblr[7] and DeviantART.[16]
