The Scarface Quitting Scene is a scene from the movie Half Baked, in which the character Scarface quits his job by making a scene. It has been used as a reference for memes where a party tells several others off, and approves of one other.

Origin

Half Baked was theatrically released on January 16, 1998. In its most famous scene, "Scarface", played by Guillermo Diaz, snatches his manager's microphone at the fast food joint he works in, and rudely calls the clients out, save from an elderly woman, before quitting.

- Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you cool. And fuck you I'm out!

This scene was used online in pictures, videos and gifs, to talk about situations where several persons or groups are shown dissatisfaction towards them, with one sole exception. In that regard, some of those memes work in a way similar to drakeposting.
