The judge was absolutely correct when he reprimanded Binger, he violated basic court procedure.
Given the angle, I can see why people doubt the judge's decision to leave it out.

clearly spoken in anger as he could not directly interfere without throwing his own life away.

Thirdly, Hbomb's subsequent tweet implies Kyle wanted to murder people, when his specific words were:
"Bro, I wish I had my fucking AR. l’d start shooting rounds at them".

Fourthly, if KR went to the riots with intent to harm others, we wouldn't have seen such a spectacular display of restraint when handling a firearm. He had ample opportunity to kill that night, but didn't.

Finally, weaselboy also found it necessary to cite a goddamn ringtone as evidence the judge is unfit for this case.

Technically true. However, the fact that the people shot and killed were a child rapist and a domestic abuser was also blocked for the same reason
