Sc We Towne Manor. 17 hr ago S #Kroger Break in I do not usually post on here, but I believe everyone needs to know what happened to be aware as well as to be protected. Today, at roughly 5:45 PM, I parked at Kroger to get some groceries. Upon heading to my vehicle, I noticed a suspicious person next to my vehicle and jumped in the car and sped off. Once reaching my vehicle, I noticed it had been broken into. Front driver's side window pulled out and laying on the ground and center console wide open and stuff thrown everywhere. I must have spooked them, so they were not able to get anything. My complaint about this situation is that Kroger has said they are not responsible, and they gave me a number to their property management. I called them, they too said they are not responsible. I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe when shopping. This is highly ridiculous. Now I am out of pocket for new glass and hope that nothing too extreme was done to my vehicle. I called corporate headquarters for Kroger, and they gave me the run around basically saying they are not going to deal with it. Final note...speaking to the officer (extremely nice) he told me that this is happening more and more these days. Everyone be weary to go to Kroger at Jiles Road.

: Well this was a bit of a shock when we came home this afternoon. Why on earth would company decide to place the biffy right next to our entrance sign and flower box? I realize it is needed for the construction workers but there are better places to put that thing. The front entrance is not one of them....it looks terrible.
