The earliest known example of a meme inspired by a stock image showing a doctor looking at an MRI scan. The "How Does It Look, Doc?" exploitable meme later came to shows a person wearing red scrubs lying down in an MRI machine, asking, "How does it look, doc?" or "Does it look bad, doc?" to which the doctor to responds, "Lmao, hold on fam," or "hold on dude," while distracted by a video game, meme or piece of media on his computer screen.
