Pootis was first introduced to the internet by youtube username wiifreakozoid in his video called “Meet the Pootis”. “Pootis” comes from the phrase “Put dispenser here” said by the Heavy in TF2 which is used as a voice command. It is believed that pootis branched off from the GOTTAM meme. Nobody really knew about this meme until recently when quite a few of people started making pootis videos.
