Hmm… Can we atleast name these background characters?

Sure thing!

Gabriel Van Helsing, James Tiberius Kirk and Connor Kenway!

Speculation time. (I guess?)
Remember when in the end of the (leaked) RTX Volume 4 trailer, Ruby receives a call from the rest of team RNJR? Well, here's the thing: Because Vale's CCT tower went down, it took the entire CCT system with it, as shown in End of the Beginning. So this means Ruby wouldn't be able to receive the call…right? Not entirely true. Ruby communicating with JNR even when that CCT tower was down could mean that a temporary, yet weaker, backup/replacement was activated/built in the meantime.

Funny… but I think I already speculated that back in time. Though I can repeat it with glad. Probably at Signal Academy they built a smaller substitute tower. Afterall we know Atlas built the towers, what could stop them from building another?

Since the Grimm are running wild and ravage, there is a slight possibility that last sentence is valid or invalid.

Oh c'mon, there must be thousands of Hunters out there! Who are probably busy keeping the cities safe, would also explain why a team of kids has to save the villages outside the Cities. Cause no one else has time for that.

If you're counting untrained Hunters like the uniform rookies, it's completely hopeless. Since Beacon got ass wooped to debris, many untrained students have to get trained without a proper teacher. Of course, we have Port and Oobleck but what the hell are they going to do? Throw life lessons and scientific literation? As far as I know, Humanity and Faunus-kind in Vale are absolutely fucked until they plan a solution.

Guess the Hunters like Qrow and Taiyang who already finished the Academy long ceased to exist right? WELL WRONG!

We forgot Yang's supposed-to-be-there mother and Ruby's deadbeat mom. Qrow is going to be your "I want to forget this never happened." drunkfart in most of the idle scenes and Taiyang? Just imagine him holding a foam hand and a flag that reads "Go Wildcats!". I would love to see new characters and that gorilla grimm. What's next? Oh, tyrannosaurus grimm.

(I understand that I will be swept with dislikes from whoever ships Enabler unironically, and that's alright. I can live with it. Also, I'm sorry for shifting the RWBY topic 2 times, assuming you don't like it.)

So yes. I'm familiar with the ships the RWBY fandom has, such as White Rose, Arkos, Bumblebee, etc. You probably know what ship's popular, and what's not. Getting into the latter, well, I can see things like Freezerburn, Black Sun, etc. that are hated ships, but there's one ship that had me puzzled on why it was hated. Ladies and gentlemen, it's Enabler.

You probably know Enabler as an incestuous, abusive ship of Ruby and Yang, right? Well, I didn't know why it was hated until I remembered that I had researched it before. Then I found out that Enabler fics exist, and honestly, I wondered how a fanfic author that may not be out of place as part of the SO:TL creative team would handle such an incest-involved ship. While other Enabler fics ask themselves, "What would happen if Ruby and Yang get into an abusive and sexual relationship?", that author would add an extra word and that question becomes "What would REALLY happen if Ruby and Yang get into an abusive and sexual relationship?", emphasis in "really". So, if they do such a RWBY ship fic, what would it be?

Enabled Days.

A deconstruction fic that takes apart Enabler, then explains why it's hated, why it's wrong, why it's flawed, etc., and is also not only a big middle finger to Enabler itself, but also the Enabler fanbase/shippers, similar to how Evangelion/Spec Ops: The Line did it. ED tells the story of how Enabler could possibly go wrong (Looking at you, Tauradonna/Animal Abuse) and how Ruby tries to overcome it. It poses itself as a legitimately run-of-the-mill Enabler fic, even in its cover (if it has one), description and first few chapters. After those, it begins to unravel its true colors. The tone shifts are obvious: it goes from romantic to sexual, and then horrifying.

So let's sum up the theoretical plot: For some reason, Yang begins to have sexual feelings to Ruby and eventually expresses them vocally and physically in private. Ruby, at the time, doesn't know what incest is, and why it's wrong, so she blindly accepts it at first. Then here it comes: Weiss and Blake begin to get concerned about Ruby and Yang's then-current state of relationship. Eventually, they witness Enabler in action and are shocked. At this point, Yang slowly begins to become yandere-like and creepy.

Ruby begins to get a little uncomfortable with the way Yang is behaving and eventually learns the word incest from either Weiss, Blake, or both. Either way, she researches it after finally having spare time to do so using her Scroll and finds out that it's morally, and genetically, wrong and recommended to be abandoned immediately. Ruby now fully understands the horrifying context and implications of Enabler and tries to avoid Yang, who's now 1/3 of her former self, 1/3 yandere, and 1/3 creepy, mental, and abusive. However, Yang goes for more invasive ways to get more sessions out of Ruby, who at this points just wants to be with Yang no more and seek further help, such as disguising, etc. Then here comes the climax.

Ruby, Weiss, and Blake discuss ways to make Yang learn her lesson, such as telling the principal, calling the police, or moving to another place, then they are interrupted by Yang. Weiss tells her that enough is enough, and yet she doesn't listen, instead trying to fight her way to Ruby, as she stands defenseless, horrified, and unsure of what to do. Eventually, Yang almost makes it to Ruby, but she uses her semblance to run straight to looking for her scroll. She eventually finds it, but problem is, it's been broken by Yang. So she had no choice but to look for her other teammates' Scrolls.

With limited time, as Weiss and Blake are too weakened to fight off Yang from Ruby, and Ruby doesn't know where her other teammates' Scrolls are, she keeps frantically looking for them, until she discovers Blake's. She quickly calls (the Vale version of) 911 and tells them about the current situation with Yang. After calling, she keeps running from Yang, and eventually trips on a rock. Yang is about to straight up sexually assault Ruby with a creepy smile on her face until she gets caught by the Vale police and sent off to prison/an asylum. Ruby then takes psychic help to recover from the trauma that occurred during the Enabler days, while Yang is forced to take rehabilitation, yet is eventually release once she was deemed ready for the outside world again under parole, meaning she has to stay from Ruby within a minimum of 50 feet.

Alternate, Reconstructive Ending (What if the author decides to just reconstruct Enabler and turn it into Strawberry Sunrise at the end?): Instead of getting Yang into jail, Ruby instead decides to try slapping some sense back into Yang. For the first time, Yang finally understands why Ruby wanted to avoid her and her sessions, so she decides to make up for it by trying to rebuild the ruined relationship. Both her and Ruby take psychic help to recover from what happened before. Eventually, for them, everything is mostly fine, as they restart their relationship. That relationship is much happier and platonic, and it comes to be known as Strawberry Sunrise.

So, how was my pitch for an Enabler deconstruction?

(DISCLAIMER: I'm not trying to start a ship war, just that I'm imaging what a dark deconstruction of a certain would look like. And shoot, I can't delete the previous post in case it happens, so there (potentially) goes my ability to post on this thread or worse.)

I believe the term you are looking for is "psychiatric", not "psychic".

(Unless, of course, the psychiatrist is psychic.)

Oh yeah, I kind of meant that.

"So, how was my pitch for an Enabler deconstruction?"

Wow….. never ever thought in my life I can mark a set of sentences formed into an opinion with one term…

After reading some RWBY gore fanfics, I decided to look up some fanarts of it. All I got was Nora with both of her hands chopped off.

"I'm armed and ready! Oh wait…"
i deserve to burn in hell

Are you sure that wasn't just Yang?

Lovecraft Femme!Nebu wrote:

Well, I did found Yang getting her neck snapped. That count?

No because that's probably the work of a fanatic Tifa fan who can't take their waifu, Tifa Lockhart, who btw is a complete shit and deserved to be killed anyway, was defeated by Yang.

I also found team RWBY getting their skulls fucked. Literally. It didn't turn me on -- it gave me a confused look on my face.

This reminds me I never gave my two cents about Tifa vs Yang. Okay let's do it, but in short.

Yang has Aura that protects her and Semblance which makes her stronger the more injured she gets, Tifa doesn't. Conclusion, Tifa never ever had any chance at all, and if you think it otherwise, think again, Tifa uses her hands to fight, not weapons, just her hands, and sometimes her legs. We know Neo could beat Yang, but only cause Neo was quick and efficient, Tifa was fucking around for too long. Against Yang you do it either quick and efficient or waste time and get fucked by Yang. The end.

Came for the potential talk about new clips or news, found a bunch of violent incest and gore instead.

New season can't come soon enough.

Well….. we would talk about that… if Rooster Teeth would release anything. But since this isn't Disney the next time you will hear anything about RWBY the series is October 22nd. As for gore, I told at the start no gore, but apparently Nebu is too dumb to read the rules. Can't do too much, sorry. But hey! Have a Schneeckers!

At least there wasn't pics. So which character is your favorite in the whole series? As in singular, cause that's a much harder question to answer.

A bit of a tough question, but in terms of favorite characters:

Female:
Pyrrha
(Blake taking a close second.)

Male: (Even harder decision, to be honest…)
Ozpin (Actually somewhat of a toss up between him, Ironwood and Qrow.)

I was browsing some RWBY OCs in Deviantart and Tumblr and just realized how 90% of them are teenagers, 5% are adults and elders, and 5% are grimm people. C'mon, fans, can you atleast draw a 30 year old slacker holding a greatsword shotgun or something?

There!

Oh wait….
