About

The 2025 Labor Day Weekend Donald Trump Death Rumor is a conspiracy theory that spawned numerous memes and viral discourse about U.S. President Donald Trump's health and well-being leading into Labor Day weekend, toward the end of August 2025. Speculation about Trump's supposed death spread in the days after he was spotted with a mysterious bruise on his hand. The rumors continued to swirl online after Vice President J.D. Vance issued a statement affirming Trump's "incredibly good health" while still asserting that he was ready to step in "if, God forbid, a terrible tragedy happens." Moreover, after reporter journalist Laura Rozen posted a tweet asserting that Trump had "no public events scheduled all weekend," several internet users posted tweets with the hashtags, "#WhereIsTrump" and "#TrumpIsDead" and posted memes featuring Trump in XXX-Tentacion face mashups, among other memes and reactions about his supposed death.
