About

AI Prison Sentencing refers to a series of AI-generated videos showing large, heavily restrained criminals hearing their prison sentences in a courtroom surrounded by armed police and guards. The character is often seen breaking their chains and straps as they angrily groan and say the catchphrase, "Take These Chains Off and Say It Again," or "Take These Straps Off and Say It Again." Their prison sentence is usually hyperbolically long, like 6,700 Years in one notable iteration. The AI prison sentence videos went viral on Twitter / X in late 2025 and were likened to AI slop by many internet users. The AI videos largely came from Facebook user Deikhoo Tv Stories and spread to platforms like YouTube thereafter.

Origin
