Back With Another Milk- HELP!, also known as Guy Screaming For Help With a Milkshake, Back With Another Milkshake HELP! or Guy Screaming "Help Me!" With a Milkshake, is a viral video on TikTok of a guy with dyed blonde hair screaming "help me" in a dark, empty parking lot while wearing a Chick-fil-A uniform and holding a milkshake. The original video was posted by TikToker @3phayden in March 2023. It later went viral across platforms like iFunny and YouTube, often paired with captions about Skinwalkers or Aliens. The video was inspired by a precursor TikTok trend of TikTokers screaming "help" in public, started by TikToker @bandoblaize in late 2022.

Origin

Starting in late 2022, TikToker^[1] @bandoblaize started uploading videos of himself walking in public and then screaming for help after starting the video off normally. His first video of this nature was a TikTok^[1] uploaded on December 1st, 2022, that received roughly 300,900 plays and 49,600 likes in four months (shown below, left). As @bandoblaize went viral, others started to replicate his video style. This led to TikToker^[2] @3phayden posting a video on March 26th, 2023, that received roughly 6.3 million plays and 1.6 million likes in one month (shown below, right). In the video, he screamed for help in a parking lot while holding a milkshake and wearing a Chic-fil-A uniform.

On April 14th, 2023, the video was used in a meme posted by TikToker^[3] @monkeycageshaker (since-deleted) that had a top caption reading, "me when im drinking a milkshake and have my mind cursed with the knowledge of a god." In less than a day, the video received roughly 136,300 likes.^[3] Although the video has since been deleted, it was reposted by users like TikToker^[4] @corndogeater2 on April 16th, where it received roughly 13,800 plays in nine days (shown below).

After TikToker @monkeycageshaker's meme, the "Back With Another Milkshake- HELP!" video spread to other platforms, such as to YouTube on April 14th, 2023, by YouTuber^[5] foolishgamer99 who titled it, "guy with milkshake in parking lot screaming for help," gaining roughly 16,000 views in 11 days.

On April 15th, 2023, iFunnyer^[6] @Outmode88 posted the video, pairing it with a top caption that read, "When the human who's body I possessed briefly regains control (I'm an alien)." The video received roughly 14,100 smiles in 10 days (shown below, left). On April 16th, iFunnyer^[7] @nilly_ posted a video with a similar caption about being a skinwalker, earning roughly 10,100 smiles in nine days (shown below, right).

The video received more iterations on TikTok, such as in the intro of a Corecore video posted by TikToker^[8] @duryisell on April 16th, 2023, earning roughly 24,900 likes in nine days. Other reposts landed on Instagram, such as a post from Instagram^[9] user @jellygasm on April 22nd, 2023, which received roughly 16,300 likes in three days.
