Overview

Dream's 2023 Live Tour refers to the live music tour of Minecraft YouTuber Dream, also known as Dreamwastaken or Clay, which took place in late 2023. The five American concerts took place in September 2023, causing a slew of reactions and memes. Many internet users reacted to photos of Dream on stage with the microphone, specifically two that centered on his side profile akin to memetic discourse about his face reveal earlier in the year.

On September 22nd, 2023, X^[7] user @endedbyjessica posted two photos of Dream, writing, "Dream looks an absolute mess 😭," gaining roughly 1,300 likes in one week (shown below, left). In turn, many made fun of the tweet's first photo showing Dream's side profile, such as X^[8] user @willelfilms on September 23rd, who compared Dream to a map of Hurrican Matthew, gaining over 900 likes in six days (shown below, right).

On September 23rd, 2023, X^[9] user @s1eezisdead asked, "am i trippin or did dream glow up?!???" comparing Dream's Face Reveal to a photo of him on tour, gaining roughly 3,100 likes in five days (shown below, left). The post gained humorous ridicule, such as a quote posted by X^[10] user @upblissed on September 24th, writing, "yes ur tripping nigga," gaining roughly 121,400 likes in four days (shown below, right).

On September 26th, 2023, X^[11] user @EverythingOOC posted both photos of Dream side-by-side, writing, "This can't be real 😭," receiving roughly 169,600 likes in three days (shown below).
