About

King Von Iran refers to memes and jokes in which people liken the tweets posted by the unofficial commentary Twitter / X account @IRIran_Military to the late Chicago drill rapper King Von. King Von was a rapper known for his involvement in gang violence and crime in Chicago, with several of his contemporaries going on record to liken him to "death" or the "devil" during the peak of his involvement in Chicago gang-related crime from 2012 to 2014. After a military conflict between Israel and Iran broke out in mid-June 2025, the X account @IRIran_Military began making ominous posts like, "Everyone will feel it," and "It's time to 🏹 some 🐀s !" Several internet users mistook the account for an official Iranian page and began comparing it to King Von's most notorious era from 2012 to 2014. An image of the King Von Stare edited to superimpose the Iranian flag on Von's face began making the rounds online, while edits of @IRIran_Military's tweets set to King Von's song "Armed and Dangerous" began making the rounds on TikTok.
