About

"No More Nuzzles" is a song from the Undertale: Halloween Hack MS Paint Fan Adventures series OST that is similar in style to songs by Toby Fox. The song, released in June 2020, became the subject of remixes and YouTube Poop Music Videos in late 2021 throughout 2022.

Origin

On July 19th, 2019, MSPFA^[1] user luna171 posted the first pages of their fan comic Undertale: Halloween Hack, based on both Undertale and the Earthbound: Halloween Hack ROM hack. The user uploaded an original soundtrack for the project to SoundCloud^[2] on June 14th, 2020, including the song "No More Nuzzles," created for a "boss fight" between the protagonists and an enemy named Nuzzles (shown below). The song gained over 100,000 plays in two years. Versions of the song appear to have been released elsewhere online prior to February 2019, with a low-quality upload posted to YouTube^[9] on December 8th, 2018, and a cover of the song posted to SoundCloud^[10] on February 2nd, 2019.

On September 25th, 2021, Twitter^[3] user @WinterImpact posted a Scrimblo Bimblo meme using a sped-up version of the song, gaining over 2,700 likes and 700 retweets in nine months (shown below).

On September 26th, the same Twitter^[4] user posted a "sequel" to the meme, using a remixed version of the song that adds cartoon sound effects to the mix, gaining over 340 likes in a similar span of time (shown below).

On October 16th, YouTuber^[5] expand banana posted a recreation of the meme using the full song, gaining over 30,000 views in eight months (shown below).

On April 11th, 2022, Twitter^[6] user @nomorenuzzles posted his first piece of content, a YTPMV remix of the song using footage from Spider-man: No Way Home, gaining over 200 likes in two months. The account became dedicated to posting YTPMV's of the song. On April 18th, the account runner posted a remix to Twitter^[7] using a clip^[8] of Toby Fox saying "Hey Guys," gaining roughly 280 likes in two months (shown below).

On May 31st, YouTuber^[11] SiIvaGunna posted a remix of the song, mixing the "Harlem Shake" with "No More Nuzzles," gaining over 20,000 views in a month (shown below).

On June 22nd, Twitter^[12] user @BackScratcher10 posted a version of the song remixed with the theme song from The Office, gaining over 400 likes and 100 retweets in two days (shown below).
