The earliest known usage was an edit of a Sonic the Hedgehog coloring book[1] (below), featuring Dr. Eggman. The earliest date it has been found posted was on November 12th, 2011.[2] It gained over 21,000 views in 3 years.

The next earliest known usage (below) was posted to Derpibooru by an anonymous user on July 28th, 2012.[3] It is of Twilight Sparkle from the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and a version of her which is from the future. It gained over 100 upvotes and 50 favorites in under 4 years.
