On May 14th, 2022, Vexbolts posted a TikTok[8] in which he referenced The Ocky Way and showed his character watching a different Fortnite character make a bacon, egg and cheese on a grill. Over the course of three months, the video received roughly 3.6 million plays and 429,200 likes (shown below, left). The sound was used en masse by TikTokers following the ironic Zoomer slang trend that circled Zoomerification. For instance, on June 11th, 2022, TikToker[9] basic.gera used the sound for a video of middle school age boys Getting Sturdy in a bathroom, earning roughly 329,000 plays and 51,100 likes in two months (shown below, right).

On May 24th, 2022, TikToker[10] Vexbolts posted a video in which he asked a different Fortnite player to show him his Griddy, exclaiming, "Oh my God, that's one way to hit the Griddy!" once the character approached him. Over the course of two months, the video received roughly 1.8 million plays and 179,900 likes (shown below, left). The sound quickly became Vexbolts' most used sound,[11] accumulating roughly 13,700 videos in three months. For instance, on May 30th, 2022, TikToker[12] mr.croissant1 used the sound, earning roughly 11.3 million plays and 1.1 million likes in two months (shown below, right).

The comment, which is inspired by a July 2022 TikTok upload, became popular on the platform in July 2022 as a way of trolling posters, similar to the crop / storytime and recipe for brownies spam comments. The video's original sound also became popular and is often set to footage of LeBron James' video game skins in Fortnite and Multiversus.

On July 29th, 2022, TikToker[17] vexbolts posted a video of a Fortnite character with the LeBron James skin dribbling a ball then doing Fortnite dances, garnering over 367,000 views in a month (shown below, left). In the video, the TikToker says, "How will this affect LeBron's legacy?" On August 1st, 2022, TikToker[18] ben5i8 posted a video showing clips of LeBron using the original sound captioned, "How will this affect lebrons legacy," garnering over 143,000 views in two weeks (shown below, right).
