About
Squid Game Edit Reaction Images, also known as Squid Game Edit Quote Cards or Squid Game Moments, refers to a series of reaction images that are screenshots from video edits, often from TikTok, of the South Korean Netflix show Squid Game in which a character is shown with a text caption that's either a direct quote or a catchphrase chosen by the editor. Notable examples include "Oh My God Bruh," "I'm Fucked," "Bro Uses His Strategy," "I'm So Fucking Scared," "But Min-su Hears" and "Is That a Man," among many others. The images were similar to other quote card formats like Sports Quote Cards or New Rockstars Thumbnail Reaction Images. The images are characterized by heavy filters and often dramatic or nonsensical captions. The use of the images in viral tweets, memes and image macros largely mocked the overabundance of and the serious tone of Squid Game edits online. Threads of the Sqiud Game images went viral on Twitter / X in July 2025.
