You Want To Know What I Do When I'm Sad Or Scared?, continued Fucking Nothing Cause I'm Not A Fucking Pussy, is a line of dialogue said by the character Soldier Boy (played by Jensen Ackles) in the 2022 Amazon Prime TV show The Boys while talking to Hughie about he deals with tough situations. In memes, the format is typically used as an exploitable image macro or recaption meme but is also used as a reaction image and GIF.
Origin
The quote and scene used in the meme originally comes from episode seven of the third season of The Boys, which was released on July 1st, 2022. The context around the scene is that Hughie and Soldier Boy are in a forest when their carefully laid plans go awry, causing Hughie distress. Solider Boy then tries to get Hughie to continue by giving him what he thinks is helpful advice about what he personally does when things don't go well, which is nothing. The scene and first memetic use, as well as a compilation of other Soldier Boy moments from the series set to the song "Enemy" by Imagine Dragons, was uploaded to YouTube by the channel Deadblue[1] on July 7th, 2022, where it went on to gain over 6,200 views in one month (shown below).

On August 8th, 2022, a version of the meme that revolved around cyberbullying and echoed the sentiments of Tyler the Creator was uploaded to the /r/MemeTemplatesOfficial[3] subreddit with the request being for a blank templated version, while also earning DueSignificance9 over 1,000 karma in two days (shown below).
