Sure, I'll make it a binary thinamathingthang. I'm to tired to think of anything else. I thought of this entire solar system and species while writing it, so none of it was planned except a few things about the Tivvintanirig that I had thought of earlier. I'm not really good at planning things I create, they just kinda make themselves.

Laika: Application approved.

Fridge Logic: Too many planets/moons/things in your star system. The top maximum I am willing to do is 16, and that is only if your system is chuck full of terrible places to live like our IRL solar system. You need to have a balance between quality and quantity; if your planets are habitable and nice, you cannot have many of them.

Name: Arcadia

Emblem:

Civ Color; Purple

Border Color: Dark Blue

Species Description: The Eshu

Reaching 3 – 4 feet tall at adulthood, these stocky, bipedal creatures have six limbs consisting of a pair of relatively short digitigrade legs, muscular arms and a pair of wings that resemble a swift's. Their bodies are covered in a long, smooth coat of fur-like fibers with longer "hair" forming a mane on their head and necks (females have longer manes that also cover the shoulder). Their small tails support tail "feathers" to aid their stability and turning during flight. Their wings have three usable fingers, the flight feathers growing from the pinky fingers and the alula growing from the thumbs. They're light grey in color with darker grey manes and black or dark blue or purple stripes. Their eyes have pupils that can slit like a cat's and they have good night vision, but they can't see shades of red and green as well as a human. Their stocky bodies allow them to charge quickly and powerfully but they tire easily and their cold adaptations make them prone to heat exhaustion. Being cathemeral, they are not as bothered by light as the majority creatures on Camarilla but their sleeping pattern makes it impossible for them to work on large, time consuming projects without teamwork as they need to take shifts.

History: Once these beings hunted in packs similar to the wolves of Earth until one pack grow too big and discovered agriculture, helping to jump start civilization among them by passing the knowledge of agriculture down to the next generation. Eventually all the packs in Camarilla become one and a unique form of Technocracy emerged in which leadership would be given to groups who were better suited for certain situations. As their civilization grew new technologies were made along with new Philosophical, Spiritual, and Cultural Changes. Soon they discovered the remains of a abandoned colony ship, who's previous owners tired and failed to make a colony in Camarilla. Left with the ship many members of the Eshu began to uncover the secrets of the ships, gaining more technological knowledge from it, to this day they still investigate more on what the ship has to offer for them

Star System

Titania: A blue sol sized star in the center of the star system. The intense heat makes being close to it a living hell.

Surtr: The closest planet to Titania, Surtr is a world where it's constantly set ablazed by the intense heat of the star. The planet is in a dangerous position in which if it gets any closer to Titania then it's gravity will drag Surtr into the star, destroying it. Surtr's moons already suffered that fate.

Muspelheim: A very hot, rocky, desolate volcanic world. While it's not has bad as in Surtr the volcanic activity in Muspellhiem makes the planet's atmosphere highly toxic. The sad fact for this world is that it was just short on being in the habitable zone.

Eldjötnar and Rjúfendr: The twin moons of Muspelheim, Eldjotnar is a moon where greenhouse gasses have turned it into a pyre while Rjufendr is plagued by never ending storms and earthquakes.

Camarilla: An Earth-like planet where the day and night cycle predominately favors night. The planet sits just close to the habitable zone's outer edge. The Northen and Southern hemispheres are covered in giant ice caps with lower sea levels then those of Earth. Grass plains predominate the planet's surface, cold deserts that never rain but instead snow, tundras near the ice caps, patches of forests. The dominant plant life are bush-like and photosynthetic plants remain short. The forests are dominated by chemosynthetic plants, but these chemical "hotspots" are rare and few so forests only grow in pockets worldwide. The usual temperature in Camarilla is cold and dry with rain being a rare phenomenon, being replace instead with snow.

Lasombra: The moon of Camarilla. Due to it's rotation one side of Lasombra never sees the sun covering one half in ice while the other side that does has formed rivers.

Inconnu: A harsh and icy world, by all rights Inconnu should be a dead world. But the planet is volcanically active and the ice occasionally cracks revealing water underneath, opening the possibility of life being in Inconnu.

Anarch: The lone gas giant in the system, it's known for it's Saturn-like ring which was the results of all but one of it's moons colliding with each others. Anarch is a cold gas world with howling gales that can easily blow any unlucky ship that enters it.

Malkav: The lone surviving moon of Anarch. Malkav is a unique gem in the system for it being a planet not only covered in ice but also in diamonds! Malkav also has giant frozen lakes with rivers being the only thing that isn't covered by the ice and diamonds.

Niflheim: The farthest planet in the system this world is cold, barren, and somewhat inhospitable. The world surprisingly has life in it! In the form of gaseous beings the roam the cold world. The intelligence of these beings has not been yet determine but they seem to try to mimic the forms of any being they "see". The inhabitants of Camarillia call these beings "Wraiths".

Hrímthursar and Niflungar: The twin moons of Nifheim. Hrímthursar is not tectonically active but it has mountains, although these mountains are made from ice and snow piling into truly massive heaps. Niflungar has a dense atmosphere, shrouding the moon in a thick fog.

I might be gone for a few days, but that doesn't mean I forgot about this game or don't want to play anymore. It means I don't have an internet connection.
If I ever do decide to stop playing, I will let you know.

That's up to you, but considering that you have four very habitable worlds (albeit one with a cultural reason not to touch it), I would limit yourself to one or two more uninhabitable planets after the four habitable ones, but only if you want to keep all four. Alternatively you could make the three non-homeworld habitable planets extremely hostile, and only remove a handful of other planets from your system. Or you could just remove the three habitable planets and leave the rest.

Oops I forgot to mention that Camarilla is the homeworld of my aliens but I think that one is pretty obvious considering the fact that one is much more hospitable then the others. Is mine acceptable for you?

Civilization Name: Cattonia
Civ Flag: Here
Civ Color: #416600
Border Color: #626262
Species Description: Bidepal creatures resembling felines. They are obligate carnivores. Groups are distinctly different in that they resemble different species e.g. tiger, lion, etc. The height, build, and intelligence of each creature largely depends on the group they belong to. They communicate through vocalizations at different frequencies, with each call being able to convey a concise message. They become incredibly lethargic when faced with much heat, and their intelligence can be lacking depending on their group.
History: The old tribal peoples of Leo had inhabited the planet from the beginning. Long ago, these people were divided by groups. The smaller, more intelligent felines allied with each other to fight against the larger, ruling group of felines. The smaller felines knew they couldn't stand a chance against the other group if it came down to a fight of claws, so they hid for many years, using their collective intelligence to craft technology to use against their enemies. This technology won them the war, and all groups were made equal. Now united as one, the people of Cattonia have an even greater ambition: to conquer other worlds.
Star System: I really don't think I'd be any good at this, so since you're fine with making them, I'd like that. I don't have any preferences aside from their home planet being called Leo. SUPER ABOOOOOSE EDIT: Just gonna throw out latin shit for any planets and moons: Pardalis, Tigris, Jubatus, Concolor, and Marmorata.

The people of Earth had long looked for other inhabitable planets to colonize, planets similar to Earth. Finally scouters found one close enough for early warp technology to reach: orbiting a giant star named Barnard lay the world that the excited public named Tessa.

Tessa was filled with ferocious native beasts and a thin atmosphere. Still, it represented Earth’s best chance for a colony orbiting a foreign star. And so, Earth sent her smartest, strongest men and women on a one-way journey to this inhospitable land, making it the first human colony in space.

At first it seemed all was going well, but three months after landing, there was a major disagreement about supplies sent to different early colony towns. The people divided and fought amongst themselves, for though Earth had sent the strongest and brightest, they had not sent the most committed or unified group of explorers.

Centuries later, the Tesser are an advanced and capable people, adaptable, brilliant inventors with strong immune systems, yet often their disunity and individualist pride keeps them from mobilizing quickly in a crisis.

TESSER

Color: sky blue
Border color: deep gold

Species Description: sub-race of humans. PROs: intelligent and technology-oriented, resourceful and hard to kill CONs: poor organization, unified action is very slow.

History: see above. TL;DR First earth colony, fought amongst themselves, a long time later, here we are.

Star System:
Name of Star: Barnard
Planets:
- Hephaestus – small hot rock, some valuable minerals, difficult to inhabit due to its heat and proximity to Barnard.

- Tessa – Earthlike atmosphere. The most inhabited planet in the system. Much of the planet is covered in water, the continents are largely wetlands, though buildings and cities now rise above these marches. Abundant plant and animal life, including infectious microbes and large devourbeasts. The overwhelming majority of the Tesser live on Tessa.

- Esther – Called Tessa’s “Sister Planet” because of their proximity, Esther is also habitable by Tessans. The atmosphere is breathable, but the gravity is strong, and the entire planet is a desert. Water is scarce and often imported from Tessa. Despite being “sisters”, Esther is beyond Tessa’s gravity, and their orbits do not interfere with one another. About 1/4 of the Tesser call Esther home.

- Ronaldo – A large gaseous planet made mostly of Helium. Has three moons.
o Hubert – Volcanic, with shifting lakes of lava underneath an atmosphere of methane
o Dewford – A cold dismal moon with no atmosphere and a metal core.
o Louis – The smallest of Ronaldo’s moons, it nevertheless has many precious minerals.

- Asteroids – Perhaps once a planet destroyed by a cataclysmic event, there is a large field of asteroids that orbit beyond Ronaldo that orbit Barnard as a group.

I hope this isn't too silly or nonsensical. Fair warning: it's got quite a bit of both.

Civilization Name: Explodonatia
Civ Flag: The Explodonatians have yet to design flags; the closest thing they have to a flag is a big orange circle scrawled onto any ship they build.
Civ Color: Orange
Border Color: Orange
Species Description: Explodonatians are a human variant who have evolved virtually indestructible flesh and the ability to levitate over the millennia. However, they are extremely stupid, to the point where they have not even realized that their species can levitate, and are vulnerable to cold; even something as simple as a cool breeze renders them vulnerable to attack.
Unlike most other species, Explodonatians do not need to eat because of their simple biology (the only human organs they retain are the lungs and brain). However, they can only survive for more than several hours in an atmosphere of hydrogen and helium, which they must absorb to keep their bodies from falling apart.
History: The first Explodonatians were the Russian and American crew members of the first ever human expedition to explore a wormhole. Unfortunately, the human scientists failed to anticipate the weird spacey shit within the black hole, and the cosmonauts were somehow devolved into animalistic creatures with lowered intelligence but fantastical abilities. At the other end of the wormhole lay the solar system they would call home.
The Explodonatian home system is made up of five suns and no planets, and is only even remotely inhabitable because of its inhabitants' resistance to high temperatures and levitation. As suns are notoriously bad for development of civilization, the Explodonatians have been forced to create everything they make, from tools to spaceships, from the bodies of their dead, which they melt through exposure to the sun's core and mold into whatever they need to build. Somehow this works.
Explodonatian religion teaches that their true god will come and prove his right to rule by enduring all onslaught. They test this by immediately attacking and throwing anything they find into the center of Refne. So far, nothing has survived this.
Star System: Enfer: The central star of the system, and home of most Explodonatians. It is a supermassive red giant, and one of the largest stars in the galaxy. Citizens describe it as being chilly, but nice and roomy.
Quarp, Dorf, and Jennifer: Three Sol-sized stars, each orbiting Enfer and having spare colonies of Explodonatians.
Refne: A white dwarf that alternates orbiting between Quarp, Dorf, and Jennifer. Although its extreme heat is too hot even for most Explodonatians, it is a good place for building things from corpses.

OK, how about this?

Taiyo: Midsize yellow sun similar to Sol.
Jin and Mugen: two small, rocky planets in a binary orbit with each other. Uninhabitable due to high temperature and lack of atmosphere. They are theorized to contain valuable mineral deposits, but due to their close proximity to the sun, they have not been exploited.
Sogen: Midsize world about 25% larger than Earth. The Yakkul homeworld. Atmosphere is a nitrogen/oxygen mix. Surface covered in 75% land and 25% water; nearly completely covered in grassland with large freshwater lakes and mountainous plateaus strewn across the surface. Various minerals and natural resources similar to that on Earth.
Mononoke: moon of Sogen. About 34% the size of the planet it revolves. Completely covered in extremely dense forest. Notable for metallic deposits within the soil, giving it a silvery sheen. Home to several clans of enormous, semi-sentient feral animals that are capable of communication but choose to live a primitive existence in harmony with nature. They are believed by the Yakkul to be the physical manifestations of spirits, and travel to the moon is strictly forbidden for these reasons, in addition to the danger presented by the beasts themselves, who will attack anyone who sets foot on the world.
Eboshi: A swamp world about the size of Mars. Due to its nitrogen-ammonia atmosphere, pressure suits are required to traverse the planet’s surface. Many of the native flora and fauna contain valuable chemical compounds, which are difficult to collect due to the planet's crushing atmosphere and the fact that most are carnivorous. Even the plants. Especially the plants.
Miyazaki: a large, ringed, Saturn-sized hydrogen gas giant in a retrograde orbit around Taiyo. Several moons orbit it:
Kon: small moon with poisonous sulfur-dioxide atmosphere made colorful by deposits of various minerals. Very seismically active, with many volcanoes erupting daily.
Oshii: small, barren moon with very thin oxygen atmosphere. A huge rock of pure carbon, essentially a giant diamond. A very interesting world, although no life can grow there and it is bereft of mineral resources.
Otomo: midsize moon. Atmosphere is a severely irradiated nitrogen-oxygen mix, rendered unbreathable by radioactive elements. Believed to be the site of a nuclear holocaust. Ruined cities dot the surface. Was believed to be a colony of some other power that was destroyed in a tremendous burst of energy. Deposits of rare metals.
Yuasa: Large moon with nitrogen-oxygen atmosphere with organic particulate spread throughout. Huge deposits of Uranium and Plutonium. Huge jungles of fungus and poisonous plants cover the surface, making it incredibly hard to traverse and impossible to breath due to toxic, flesh-eating spores floating in the air.
Anno: midsize moon with methane atmosphere. Both the landforms and ocean contain large amounts of iron oxide, giving it a crimson red appearance. Enormous cross-shaped monuments made of a carbon-steel composite cover the surface in rows. Urban legend says it is a graveyard to some horrible, unknown conflict. No resources.

Civ Name: Roma
Civ Flag:
Civ Color: Red
Border Color: Gold
Species: Human
History: A group of cultists decided to revive the culture of ancient roman civilization among the stars. The leader Aeneas and his "family" fled from earth and settled in the star system now known as Stellae Nostrum. When they came across two planets orbiting each other as well as a nearby star they settled the two. Romulus led a group of people to the larger planet while Remus led his people to the smaller one. The government is set up like the old Roman Senate.
Star System: Stellae Nostrum
Apollo: A Sol-like sun located in the middle of the system.
Roma: The larger of the twin planets. This is the capital of the civilization.
Rema: The smaller of the two.
Diana: A moon that orbits both planets. Because it frequently passes between the two it is often ripped apart by gravity only to be smashed back together when the pieces collide.
Mare Infinitus: A "planet" made entirely of water. The core is ice. Only bacterial life is known to exist.
Gallia: A planet of French people. The Romans consider them uncivilized.

I might add some more info about the Eshu and Camarilla later but for now I will leave behind this bit of info. On land speed and stealth is the way to survive in the animal kingdom, I'll tell you all later why that is.

Civilization Name: Redmagus

Civ Flag: Link to it to save bandwidth

Civ Color: Light Red

Border Color: White

Species Description: Near-human hominids that evolved with hair ranging from white to dark grey and fair skin. Redmagians posses quick and keen intellects with agile bodies to match. Average hardiness is slightly less than that of an average human. The most notable feature that distinguishes them from humans is their elf like ears and small, slender frames. Common eye colours are red, blue, green, and grey. Each Redmagian possesses at least weak telepathic powers limited to empathic abilities, with some being able to wield potent telekinetic powers and the ability to read minds (An ability which is impeded by the target's individual willpower.) Due to few carnivores on their home planet, they evolved to be omnivorous apex predators. Redmagian wisdom has proven to be vast, and as such Redmagians are ingenious inventors and speedy learners. make quick decisions and swift advancements. However, this has made them prone to arbitrary and whimsical acts, making organization difficult but hardly impossible.

History: Redmagians first arrived on their home planet as a colonization effort. After a tragic event of dubious nature severed its connection to Eath, the colonist civilization deteriorated into a primitive hunter gatherer species before evolution re-formed them into a wary academic society capable of the sincerest acts of compassion and the swiftest acts of fury.

Star System:
Star: Enix, a main sequence star similar to Sol
Enix I: Garland, A barren rocky planet constantly scorched due to proximity to Enix. Crust is rich in metal, making mining efforts risky but profitable.
Enix II: Terra, AKA Redmagus Prime a humid earthlike planet with an O2 rich atmosphere. Due to water content and proximity to the star, Terra has little variance in season near the equator, making it the perfect climate for Redmagians. The only major landmass is known as Gia, which is almost centered on the equator and spans two thirds of the planet in longitude and about three eights of it in latitude. Gia is mostly made up of comfortably humid rain forests near the equator and grassy plains to the north, with a few mountain ranges. Further from the equator is mostly ocean with a few sparse islands of varying climates.
Enix III: Garnet, A small venuslike planet that is uninhabitable to Redmagians because of the atmosphere. Terraforming efforts have been met with limited success. Redmagian research and gas mining stations are all over the planet's atmosphere and orbit.
Enix IV: Tidus, a cold and cloudy ocean planet with a breathable atmosphere of mostly oxygen and hydrogen with some nitrogen and noble gasses. It's overcast nearly globally, and it can start to storm at any moment, making landing difficult. Research stations and penal colonies can be found at a few places on the surface of the Garland sea. The oceans are home to a number of spooky critters, which is why Redmagians send criminals and boring nerds there: so nobody important becomes fishbait.

I think that you should if the moon plays an important part in your planet's environment. For example in RL the moon's gravity has an effect on the Earth's tides.

But you can also play a planet without a moon. I remember watching a special on the Science Channel that talked about that and luckily for you in that special they pretty much said that life could still exist on the Earth even without the moon, but intelligent life might be a bit hard for it to form on that word. I got find that one again.

I just found it but it's separated into five parts on YouTube. Also I was wrong it was the History Channel that aired it.

EDIT: Yes I know there's two videos of this that I posted but just wait for the first one to disappear.

Name: Kadresha

Civ Flag:

Civ Color: Deep Blue

Border Color: Light Blue

Species Description: The Kadresha are a race of bi-pedal anthropomorphic Foxes who are of medium strength and high intelligence. They are mostly Red Foxes, but upper-class or higher in rank Kadresha are Grey foxes. English is their natural spoken language from centuries old ancestors. They have the standard abilities of a human, but with heightened senses, such as increased hearing range, and the ability to sniff out (almost) anything. They also have fingers so they can grasp the pistol grip of an assault rifle.
They have a multitude of problems, such as their tails being way too sensitive to being pulled, or their destructive ability to go 'Feral', which renders them to go into an insane and completely instinctive state. This also removes their ability to reason or conduct civilized behavior as they have gone back into their primal selves. This 'Feral' state is easily triggered by extreme provocations or intense anger. Any Kadresha going 'feral' will attack friend and foe alike. They also have a habit of acting on tradition and their gut. Which doesn't turn out well sometimes. Most Kadresha are extremely patriotic and proud of their species, so everyone will try to defend everyone. Unless they've gone feral of course. Then it's a panic fest unless authorities put them down with bullets.

History: The Kadresha were once part of a much larger aspect of their Race, only to have been driven out of their home by their own kind because of disagreements in political stature and tradition getting in the way of reality. The Exiled boarded their ships and ran off.
After they were driven out, however, their homeworld was subsequently destroyed by an inbound meteor neither party didn't know about. They watched their homeworld get annihilated, and fled to a new solar system. Now it's up the the Exiles to save their new home.
These Kadresha have now adopted a proud Democratic political state, although they do not care much for politics, most funds go for Military, Defense and Technological advancement. They also will not attack other races at all, having them go on a permanent defensive. In most cases, they are just scared of everyone else and just wish to be left alone to their own devices.

Star System – Ascension: Kellar 24-S/1 – Kellar is a normal main-sequence G2 star, which is normal for stars.

Ura – The hottest and most uninhabitable planet imaginable. It's surface is charred near-black by centuries of being so close to the sun.

Selvas II – The second planet, orbiting farther away from the sun. It's surface is covered in pools of mercury and it's skies are a bright green. It is currently unknown to the Kadresha why the skies are this way.

Selvas I – The third 'somewhat' habitable planet, but most indications show that it has an irradiated atmosphere and very rocky terrain with grass-less valleys and barren fields of dust.

Destiny – The new Kadresha Homeworld. Several Space stations are currently in orbit round Destiny as well as different satellites. Most of these Satellites are military and used to monitor the planet. Destiny is mostly covered by land, and only 46% of it is water. There is only 1 Capitol city on Destiny, and it is the largest of all the settlements created by the Kadresha. There is also a space port located here, mostly for freight or military docking.

Hope – Destiny's only moon. There is a moonbase located here, though it is only for research and scientific reasons. Largely unused. Moon dust is located here, as it is 100% covered by it. This moon is in control of Destiny's tides.

Regulus 21-P/2 – Regulus is a gas giant comprised of Helium and Hydrogen. It does have a ring of asteroids around it, but no moons.

Regulus Alpha 22-P/3 – This is Regulus' older and bigger cousin. It is also comprised of Helium and Hydrogen, much like it's little version down an orbit.

And that should be it.
I don't know what I'm getting myself into. Please tell me if I'm missing anything or if it's bad.

Again, basing this off of my Nationstate

NameThe Imperium Collectives
Civ Flag -

Civ Color – Maroon, like the color above
Border Color – Sunglow Orange
Species Description – Humans. Normal human beings, but with small computers implemented in the brain to enhance learning and intellect. Prone to disease and physical damage when left unprotected.
History – The Imperium Collectives is an Empire formed from the unified holdings of various Imperial Warlords who had ruled their own territories following the final collapse of the Galactic Empire.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt totalitarian government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital ecumenopolis of Hades. The income tax rate is 100%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing. (Pulled from my nationstate)

Star System -

1. Nihilus – Red Supergiant, slowly aging away
2. Syndic, are we allowed to have Binary star systems? If yes, then Revan – Red Giant, smaller mass than Nihilus. If not allowed, then remove whichever one you see fit.
3. Hades – Medium sized planet, an ecumenopolis. Huge population, serves as capital and primary living sector. Earth conditions, but with very little to no resources.

  • Kharon – Similar to earth’s moon, expect slightly larger.
  • Demtre – Medium sized moon, suitable living conditions.

4. Hoth – Ice Giant. Frozen year-round and covered with ice and snow. Harsh yet suitable living conditions. Size larger than Neptune.

  • Thok – The moon of Hoth, dense atmosphere, ice surface. Similar to Titan.

5. Tatooine – A huge barren, arid desert world. Suitable living conditions. Size of Jupiter.
6. Bespin – Gas giant, inhabitable. Size smaller than Saturn.
7. Hakann – Volcanic planet with fiery surface and rocky mountains. Highly unstable conditions. Unfit for living. Size smaller than Mars.
8. Bota Magna – Colossal world with planetside jungle. Uncolonized and native population highly hostile alongside native animal and even plant species.
9. Bara Magna – Colossal world of mountains of stone and quartz, along with arid deserts. No plant life and atmosphere.
10. Aqua Magna – Colossal world consisting 90% of water. A single island by the name of Mata Nui lies unexplored.

I hope this is fine, I have a lot of large planets but I tried to make it so that it evened out with the conditions.

@Richter: Your gonna need to be a bit more descriptive with your aliens and we also need their history too. Oh and don't forget to add in weakness to them so they aren't OP.

Great job telling me that right when the 30-minute edit limit was up.

Sigh

History: This hardy-yet-boisterous species of scalephags popped as a civilization approximately 20,000 earth years ago. Being rather dumb, it took much longer than humanity to become space-faring. However, they specialize in weapons and armor… just not so much sheer speed. They lean towards despotism, and believe in pagan-esque deities. Their language is simple, mainly based off growls and roars.

CrowTheMagician: Accepted.

Madcat: Accepted.

unusedusername: I like it and I approve. I would like to explain why to other players who may think his system is OP: despite the fact that his entire system is filled with developed planets, he only has one of them and the others will be incredibly difficult to wrest control over. In effect, unusedusername has confined himself to a single planet until he has developed interstellar travel, and even then, new colonies will be risky ventures far from home. Either that, or he needs to wage war with a nuclear superpower in his neighborhood to gain new planets. Everybody else can simply settle an empty world, he has to fight for his front yard. Accepted

TripleA9000: Accepted.

Serious Business: Accepted.

Snickerway: I should have mentioned that your civ and border colors should be different. I will take this as an invitation to use two different shades of orange. I like the idea, your civ is very interesting and unique. Accepted.

Fridge Logic: Good improvements. Accepted.

theclassicrock1969: Accepted.

Sir Crona Statscowski Esquire: Accepted.

A Furry: Accepted.

GaryTheStosstruppen: Accepted.

Richter von Zelmisburg: You have an OP system. You have twelve planets and moons and five of them are habitable from the start. You should either get rid of all your uninhabitable planets or downgrade a few of your habitable planets to uninhabitable.

I'm just going to put this out there, cheers to Syndic for reading all this, organizing the game, and spending the time to do this. I mean there's a lot here.

Obak and Kelmania will have exotic, unbreathable-by-animal-life atmospheres then. I don't consider Halijan and Merzerenia to be habitable by normal means. This leaves Zelmisburg proper and Mokläzia the only properly habitable planets.

Happy now or no?

I was actually considering Zelmisburg, Kelmania, Mokläzia, Obak, Obix as habitable and not Halijan or Merzerenia. Following closer inspection it appears that Obix is actually uninhabitable, as it is like Europa and not a proper "ocean" world as I initially imagined it with fish and coral. Your changes are good. Accepted.

I am going to start drawing the custom graphics for planets now. They are small, simple sprites which will not take long to make. The point of no return for editing your star system is this post; beyond this point in time I will not accept any changes to your systems. I am also very unlikely to accept any more applications. Once the sprites are done we will start the game proper with Turn 0, which will contain story exposition and rules on how to send turns to me. Expect Turn 0 within the next 48 hours, but do not be hurt and confused if I miss that deadline.

My plans for a for exploration is going to be completely different than the old way of "shoot first, conquer land later" technique in the last Nation RP. Besides, we are in the future, aren't we?

We are in the future yes, but that just means we'll be shooting with stronger guns and conquering even more land.

It's gettin' hype! Looking forward to the opening turn

The Chimera have full intensions to bring about an age of peaceful coexistance and harmony amongst all of our species through endless war and the massacring of worlds

I might add some more info about the Eshu and Camarilla later but for now I will leave behind this bit of info. On land speed and stealth is the way to survive in the animal kingdom, I'll tell you all later why that is.

Okay, now is the time for me to explain why speed and stealth is the game on land. Camarilla is a cold world where pretty much cold weather adaptation is the norm on this planet. All the animals have large compact bodies and relatively short limbs. To support their heavy bodies they have to have strong limbs so every creature there is a beef cake on that planet. Since no one can overpower the other it all comes down to whoever is faster, stealthier or smarter. In this world on land animals with fur and feathers rule, there are no scales or exoskeletons here. Also due to the lack of trees in the planet there are a lot more flying animals since there are no trees to get in their way, which also means that the Eshu don't use wood in their construction, instead stone, concrete, and metals are used.

However in the sea you will find not only scaled but also armoured sea creatures. In the sea is pretty common to find sea life that has no eyes what so ever due to how dark it is most of the times. Bioluminescence is another common feature among sea life in Camarilla. Diurnal sea creatures will be highly active during the short periods of day but will enter a state of torpor during the long night. This is due to the fact that plankton are rare during the night and only make brief appearances on the surface to photosynthesize under sunlight. Also shark-like creatures exist here cause you can't kill the sea roaches!

Finally the Eshu, in their religion have a belief system that emphasizes cyclicalness, duality and eternity. But they don't emphasizes the concept of good vs evil. Because of their sleeping patterns and the necessity of shifts, teamwork and community is important to them. Along with community curiosity is another major drive in their specie. It's the main reason why they continue to investigate the abandoned colony ship and it's is the reason why they will go into outer space.

Guys please don't just post pointless things that aren't relevant to the thread. It's just cluttering this place up. At the moment we should either wait for Syndic or post things like relevant questions.

So Syndic is there any other information we need right now other then what's presented?
