Background

On June 21st, 2025, MrBeast uploaded a YouTube[1] video called "Lose 100 LBs, Win $250,000!" that focused on a guy named Majd, who aimed to lose 100 pounds in one year to win the cash prize. Majd was given a home with a personal gym and access to "unlimited healthy food" to complete his goal. If he stepped on or outside of the red line surrounding the building, he would lose the challenge. Over two days, the video amassed roughly 76.3 million views and 3.4 million likes (shown below).

In the video, Majd was given a personal trainer named Tyler Wall, referred to as Coach Wall, to complete his goal.[1] Wall was a fitness coach who worked for Supra Human, a fitness coaching company.[2][3] He posted content to his Instagram[5] account @tylerjameswall.

Tyler Wall passed away on February 18th, 2025, at the age of 38, according to his obituary on Ever Loved.[4] The obituary did not list a cause of death but said that he "died unexpectedly."

On February 24th, Supra Human posted about Wall's passing on Instagram,[6] receiving over 1,500 likes in four months (shown below).
