Overview
The Fandy Birth Livestream or Fandybtw Child Birthing Stream was a Twitch stream hosted by OnlyFans model and streamer Fandy, during which she gave birth to her child, a baby girl named Luna. Fandy chose to have an at-home, natural birth without an epidural, streaming the entirety of her labor and birthing, with other streamers and content creators, such as Morgpie, in attendance. The stream took place on October 7th, 2025, and was reported to be the first livestreamed birth on the platform. The child's birth was reacted to across social media while it was happening and after the baby was born, with Twitch CEO Dan Clancy giving his blessing over Twitch chat. The event also sparked memes in early October 2025 as it went viral.

On October 7th, 2025, Fandy posted a selfie on X,[3] writing, "Hi twitter my water just broke so I think I’m going this live. Baby time :)" sharing a link to her channel, garnering over 1,100 likes in a day.

That night, X[4] user @FearedBuck posted a clip from the stream in which Fandy can be seen going into labor, garnering over 10,000 likes in a day. At the bottom of the clip, a screenshot of a chat message sent to Fandy by Twitch CEO Dan Clancy is shown, reading, "Fandy. Best of luck and congratulations. Wishing you the best in this journey."

In the early morning of October 8th, Redditor u/Villenthessis posted a clip to the /r/LivestreamFail[5] subreddit of Fandy giving birth in an inflatable tub of water, garnering over 2,500 upvotes and 1,100 comments in under a day.
The clip was reposted by X[6] user @FearedBuck shortly after, garnering over 440,000 views and 2,900 likes in under a day.

According to TwitchTracker,[7] the stream his a peak of over 29,000 concurrent viewers, held an average of 13,500 viewers and gained Fandy over 4,000 new followers.

Online Reactions
The birth livestream was widely reported in the media for being the first known livestreamed birth on Twitch. It also garnered numerous reactions on social media in early October 2025.
On October 7th, 2025, as Fandy was in labor, a screenshot of the stream was posted to the /r/PaymoneyWubby[8] subreddit for Twitch streamer PaymoneyWubby, titled "so we really all just watching this lady give birth huh," garnering over 230 upvotes in a day.
After the baby was born, numerous comments making jokes about the idea of a baby being born on Twitch were posted under the October 8th clip that was shared by X user @FearedBuck, with one of the top comments by X[9] user @ reading, "imagine being born and n****s spam 'W baby' thats aura," garnering over 1,200 likes in under a day. Some commenters also shared criticisms, claiming that the birth should have been a private event.
On October 8th, 2025, TMZ[10] and The Verge[11] reported on the birth, with the latter highlighting that Dan Clancy gave his blessing to the event.
That same day, a clip of FaZe Clan reacting to the birth was posted to the /r/LivestreamFail[12] subreddit.

Numerous other prominent streamers on Twitch reacted to the livestreamed birth that night, such as Will Neff and Esfand (example clip seen below).
Also on October 8th, the @Dexerto X[13] account posted about the birth, garnering over 1,700 likes in under a day. X user @SupremeVidsPro commented, "Twitch allowed that? I thought it wouldn’t be allowed to happen on camera," and Dexerto responded, "Content is king."
