Pauline Hanson Statements

On November 27th, Australian politician Pauline Hanson put forth a motion for the Australian Senate to formally "support the desire of the Sentinelese people to protect their culture and way of life." In her support of the motion, Hanson declared "I for one will not be condemning the Sentinelese as racist for keeping their borders closed, nor will I condemn them for their lack of diversity."[3] That day, an article about the statements reached the front page of /r/NotTheOnion.[3]

1. Your sources aren't working, so the veracity of this page and the claims within is dubious.

2. You don't explain how this is internet phenomena and not just an obscure event that happened.

3. It sucks that the guy died, and there was no need for the tribe to kill him; but in the event that this is actually real and not something you made up, this dude honestly deserves a Darwin award for not taking a damn hint from the islanders literally shooting at him.

I'm pretty sure the Sentinelese don't/wouldn't just kill Christians; they're hostile to pretty much everybody.

Also, the author of this entry needs to quit being a lazy and plagiarizing asshat and put some effort into making their entry. The text in this entry is copy-pasted straight off of Wikipedia's Sentinelese article.
