It's okay take ur time is a viral text post on Tumblr posted in March 2017. The post inspired numerous webcomics and memes recreating and referencing it as a catchphrase and was spammed by many Tumblr users as a copypasta.

Origin

On March 16th 2017, now-deleted Tumblr user glindatheokay made a text post reading "I'm a lesbiab", followed with another post reading "lesbiam", another reading "less bien", then "girls". They got a reply from now-deleted Tumblr user neko-crimson reading "it's okay take ur time"

Spread

On May 27th 2020, under a tweet from Twitter user @thejoannagraham that reads "what's the biggest impact you've made on the internet? I am the reason nigel thornberry became a meme, and I also made this gif", Twitter user @jadevrisrezi claimed to be glindatheokay in a reply that reads "this was me lmao i was @.glindatheokay", and was asked by now-suspended Twitter user @Sailor_Trashcan asked "Well…we gotta know. Have you figured it out, yet?" to which they replied "in the three years since this post, i have, in fact, learned to spell lebsian", then promptly answered themselves "FUCK", and @Sailor_Trashcan answered "You gave it your best. We’re still rooting for you. ♥️".
