Origin
The Nathaniel meme started on the show Yo Gabba Gabba when on one episode a boy named Nathaniel comes out and says he likes to dance. He then proceeds to preform an incredibly odd dance with his eyes closed. SpreadOnce the episode reached YouTube, many began to exploit Nathaniel's dance. Some videos have over 10,000 views. Eventually Nathaniel reached other sites like 4chan and YTMND. Nathaniel became so popular, he even appeared on an episode of The Soup:
