Online History

On January 9th, 2017, Internet Historian uploaded the channel's first video to YouTube, which discussed the 4chan prank involving attempts to preorder the video game Battletoads from the retailer Gamestop (shown below, left). On January 20th, the channel released a video on the 2014 4chan raids on Tumblr.

On February 5th, the first in several videos documenting Shia LaBeouf's "He Will Not Divide Us" art project was uploaded to the channel (shown below, left). On February 22nd, a mini documentary on the Tumblr Dashcon convention was released (shown below, right).

On April 19th, Internet Historian released a parody of the television series Unsolved Mysteries investigating the 2009 "Balloon Boy" incident (shown below, left). On June 7th, a video about the man responsible for creating the Leeroy Jenkins World of Warcraft meme was released on the channel (shown below, right).
