"Very Fast Doggo Running at Incredible Hihg Speed" is an intentionally misspelled catchphrase associated with motion-blurred photographs of dogs and other animals running. The phrase has spawned several derivative images based on the exploitable template of a Google search field and the snowclone "very fast (x) running at incredible hihg speed."

Origin

On January 11th, 2015, Tumblr user clark-cant[2] uploaded a picture of a running Golden Retriever with a Google search bar at the top displaying the phrase "VERY fast dog running at incredible hihg speed". The original picture of the dog was first posted on a personal photo blog in March 2008.[1]

On January 18th, 2015, a Facebook group[5] named after the phrase was launched, gaining over 5,300 likes over the next two years. On February 7th, YouTuber Recrees uploaded a scene from the 2015 episodic graphic adventure video game Life Is Strange with the title referencing the catchphrase. On March 27th, Youtuber Buck Biggsly uploaded a video featuring the picture of the Golden Retriever, gaining over 31,000 views in the following years.

On April 15th, YouTuber HVGBA Qualbert uploaded a video featuring the picture of a dog with the "Escape from the City" track from Sonic Adventure 2 playing in the background, gaining over 29,000 views in the following years. That same day, Redditor swiley1983 submitted a thread on /r/OutOfTheLoop[3] asking about the phrase. On July 24th, the subreddit /r/VERYfastdoggos[4] was created by reddit user Jordan311R, which gained over 650 subscribers in the following year. On September 16th, 2016, YouTuber Limit Breakers uploaded a remix video featuring Blacksmith Andre from Dark Souls 3 and Goku from Dragon Ball, gaining over 467,000 views in the following months.
