I Like To Cuss Like I Was Raised in a Barn, continued Fuck, Shit, Piss, Cock, Titties and Darn, refers to lyrics from a rap and metal fusion song called "I'M A METALHEAD, BITCH!" by artist KILL KARL which he debuted on TikTok and Instagram Reels in early 2025. A widely held perception among viewers was that the video and song were bad and cringe, akin to Meme Rap. Creators used the audio for ironic memes, similar to memes about the Running All Over the Place Blue in the Face / Bubonic song.

On February 28th, 2025, metal and rap artist KILL KARL posted a video to TikTok,[1] debuting a new song called "I'M A METALHEAD, BITCH!" that led with the lyrics, "I like to cuss like I was raised in a barn. Fuck, shit, piss, cock, titties and darn." Over six days, the video received roughly 1.1 million plays and 123,600 likes (shown below).
KILL KARL also shared the video on Instagram,[2] receiving roughly 147,000 views and 11,700 likes over the same timeframe.
