The audio message and its copypasta transcription became the subject of memes in the years following, attached to image macros and used in videos.

Origin

Sometime prior to August 2019, rapper Stunna Boy allegedly sent an audio DM to an underage person on Instagram in which he said, "I'm over here stroking my dick I got lotion on my dick right now. I'm just stroking my shit I'm horny as fuck man I'm a freak man like for real." It is unclear where the audio was originally leaked but it was posted to YouTube^[1] in 2020 (timestamp 00:11) as part of a compilation exposing him for being a predator, gaining over 35,000 views in two years (age restricted).

The audio message saw use in video memes shortly after in 2019. For example, on August 29th, 2019, YouTuber^[2] yatolol posted a video where it appears as if Leslie David Baker is saying the line, gaining over 190,000 views in three years. On September 22nd, YouTuber^[3] and animator TOONZIES used the clip in part of an animation, gaining over 1.1 million views in three years (shown below).

On February 23rd, 2021, iFunny^[4] user Jubbles used the transcribed quote in a GIF macro, gaining over 1,800 smiles in a year (shown below).

On March 24th, 2022, Instagram^[5] page falsenflnews posted a fake quote image macro using the phrase, gaining over 15,000 likes in six days (shown below).
