About
It's Cool When They Do It refers to a TikTok trend using the song "Back End" by Finesse2Tymes (primarily the lyrics, "It's cool when they do it (It's cool, huh?), it's a problem when I do it, fuck 'em (Fuck 'em)) in which creators use a TikTok filter called "Police Runner" that shows their head running away from a cop car while text overlay portrays a humorous double-standard they're being humorously arrested for. The trend started in mid-2022 and is similar to the Me If X Becomes Illegal trend that used Akon's song "Locked Up."
