Kawkaw Music Covers are a series of music covers using the voices of the Kawkaw, who is a birdlike character from Deltarune: Chapter 5.

Origin

The Kawkaw^[1] character appears in the middle of Deltarune: Chapter 5, and makes a variety of sounds when encountered. These sounds are "Nyon!", which is used in a variety of pitches and lengths, and "Uelelelelelelele".

The first cover that used Kawkaw sounds was posted to YouTube^[2] by Atlas2007 on July 1st, 2026. The Kawkaw cover was of the "Shop 3" music from Deltarune, and it received over 96,000 views in two weeks.

Several more Kawkaw music covers followed shortly afterwards, most of which are of other Deltarune songs. These Deltarune Kawkaw song covers have been placed into a curated playlist^[3] by YouTube^[4] user NyonFinder, who is also known as Kawkaw Finder.

On July 4th, 2026, YouTube^[5] user Origami Yume Nikki posted a Kawkaw cover of the Deltarune song Flower Man. The cover received over 275,000 views in over one week.

On July 4th, 2026, YouTube^[6] user Duck Webber posted a Kawkaw cover of the Deltarune song "Sunset of Seven Suns". The cover received over 108,000 views in over one week.

On July 7th, 2026, YouTube^[7] user Kwago posted a Kawkaw cover of the song LagTrain. The cover received over 84,000 views in one week.

On July 8th, 2026, YouTube^[8] user Lucky777 posted a Kawkaw cover of the Deltarune song Cutie Mew Mew Magic. The cover received over 156,000 views in one week.

On July 14th, 2026, Tiktok^[9] user eefsters posted a Kawkaw version of the classic Hershey's Kisses Christmas Commercial. The video received over 328,000 views and over 101,000 likes in one day.
