About
Lois Griffin is the wife of Peter Griffin, the main protagonist of the American animated television series Family Guy, which began in early 1999. She is the mother of Meg, Chris and Stewie Griffin and lives with her family and their anthropomorphic dog Brian. Lois is depicted as a red-headed character wearing a teal shirt and khaki pants and is voiced by Alex Borstein. Since her introduction in the first episode of the cartoon series, Lois has become one of the show's most beloved and recognizable characters, often appearing online in fan art and memes such as Lois Falling Down Stairs and Lois Screams 'Peter,' among others.
Origin
On January 31st, 1999, the first episode of Family Guy, created by Seth MacFarlane, premiered on Fox (seen below).[1] In the debut episode, Lois and the rest of the Griffin family are all introduced.

On March 21st, 2000, the Family Guy episode "Death Is A Bitch" aired on Fox. The episode contained a scene where Lois fell down her stairs, and the image was later used in Nobody memes in 2019. On February 12th, 2019, Twitter user @stereoberrys[1] posted a "Nobody:" joke with a still frame of Lois falling, gaining over 170 likes (shown below, left). Later that day, @Charcoal_Life[2] made a "Nobody" joke that gained over 35,000 retweets and 161,000 likes (shown below, right).
Lois Screams 'Peter'
On October 16th, 2022, season 21 episode four of Family Guy, "The Munchurian Candidate," aired on TV. The episode's main plotline revolved around Peter Griffin being hypnotized into giving Lois oral sex every time he heard the trigger "extra, extra." Lois eventually walks in on a hypnotized Peter and her mother and screams his name for a long period of time. A clip of the scream was uploaded to YouTube[3] by Springatito on October 17th, gathering over 100,000 views in two weeks (seen below).
Lois Looking At Pill Bottle
On March 27th, 2022, Family Guy aired the 16th episode of their 20th season called "Prescription Heroine." The episode followed Lois getting hooked on prescription pain medication and contained a scene where Lois stares at a pill bottle while trying to resist the urge to take one. The scene was uploaded to YouTube[4] by Mr Rupert on Pril 4th, 2022, and gathered over 300,000 views in five months since its upload (seen below).
Yass Pills
On February 11th, 2021, Twitter[5] user @haoeru posted, "i tried recreating the meme that appeared in my dream," along with an image of Lois Griffin standing next to an image of blue pills under the text "yass pills" (shown below). The post gained over 67,000 likes and 7,600 retweets in four months (seen below).
