Lois Falling Down Stairs refers to a frame from Family Guy of Lois Griffin falling down the stairs in the Griffin home. The image was used with Nobody memes in early 2019.
Origin
The still comes from the Family Guy episode "Death Is a Bitch," which aired March 21st, 2000 (shown below).
Spread
On February 12th, 2019, Twitter user @stereoberrys[1] posted a "Nobody:" joke with a still frame of Lois falling, gaining over 170 likes (shown below, left). Later that day, @Charcoal_Life[2] made a "Nobody" joke that gained over 35,000 retweets and 161,000 likes (shown below, right).
After the format got popular on Twitter, it saw spread on Reddit, appearing on /r/MemeEconomy[3] (shown below, left) and /r/SmashBrosUltimate[4] (shown below, right).
