Giga Cheddar is a creator on YouTube known for his meme videos, which often reference and utilize video games including Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, adult animation and Sigma Grindset memes. Giga Cheddar posted his first video to YouTube in February 2022 and continued to regularly post over the following months, amassing over 50,000 subscribers and 20 million total views across uploads by that June.

History

On February 6th, 2022, Giga Cheddar posted his first video to YouTube,[1] titled, "Hormone replacement therapy could become available over the counter." The video shows a Sky News post claiming hormone replacement therapy drugs could become available over the counter, followed by footage of Chads running to the pharmacy, garnering over 3,900 views in four months (shown below).



Giga Cheddar's first video to hit over 100,000 views was posted to YouTube[2] on March 9th, titled, "Revengeance status NFT." The video uses footage from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance to make a joke about screenshotting NFTs and gained over 150,000 views in three months (shown below).



On March 17th, Giga Cheddar uploaded a video to YouTube[3] referencing Ankha Zone, followed by a cut to more Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance footage, gaining over 109,000 views in three months (shown below, left). On March 26th, he posted a similar video on YouTube[4] using the You Wouldn't Like My Body, It's All Circuity and Metallic meme, gaining over 160,000 views in a similar span of time (shown below, right).



On April 8th, 2022, Giga Cheddar uploaded his first video to YouTube[5] to gain over a million views, titled, "Babe, please stop listening to video game music," using the Babe Please Stop format and GigaChad format, gaining over 1.6 million views in two months (shown below).



On April 23rd, Giga Cheddar uploaded a video to YouTube[6] using a Scooby-Doo adult animation by Blender Knight and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance clips, gaining over 202,000 views in two months (shown below, left). On June 15th, the YouTuber[7] uploaded a video where Squidward kicks a variety of video game characters out of his house, also known as the Squidward Kicks X Out Of His House meme, gaining over 480,000 views in two weeks (shown below, right).



Online Presence

Several of Giga Cheddar's videos have been reposted and spread online. For example, on April 16th, 2022, iFunny[8] user jmoneymaywether reposted one of Giga Cheddar's videos to the site, gaining over 3,100 smiles in two months. On April 23rd, Instagram[9] user professorgutsv2 reposted the "Great minds think alike 😉" video, gaining over 18,000 views in two months. On June 13th, Instagram[10] user memes.asw reposted his video, "Babe, please stop listening to Turi ip ip ip," gaining over 25,000 views in two weeks (shown below).
