Overview

Lemon Lady Secrets is a story time TikTok account in which a person using a voice-altering effect and face filter that makes them appear like a lemon hanging off a tree tells stories about fame and sex. The anonymous account frequently talks about run-ins with celebrities, leading some to speculate about the true identity of the person behind Lemon Lady Secrets.

History

The account's first post was uploaded to TikTok August 5th, 2022. The video is about a hook-up and the difference between hearing daddy and "father" in a sexual context.^[1]

The account continued to post storytimes, usually about dating, relationships and guys, like this one from October 5th, 2022 which received over 1.5 million views (shown below, left) in four months.^[2] Often, the Lemon Lady will read stories from anonymous fans which they send via a Gmail address, adding her own commentary like the one seen below (right), which received over 150,000 views on TikTok over five months after being posted on September 13th, 2022.^[3]

Speculation on Lemon's Identity

A storytime (seen below) about the Lemon going on a date with an unnamed famous actor earned over 1.2 million views on TikTok after being posted on January 29th, 2023.^[4]

This post inspired speculation about the Lemon's real identity. Many started to believe the Lemon was actually a famous person going incognito. A forensic examination of the Lemon's teeth, one of the few visible parts of her face, led some to think she was actress Anna Kendrick, or else influencer Hello Tefi. Dentist Sara Harvard posted several analyses on TikTok of the account's teeth, comparing its teeth to those of various famous women. Her most popular one, seen below, was posted on February 1st, 2023. It concluded that Anna Kendrick could not be Lemon Lady because her incisors did not match the account owner's incisors. That video received over 180,000 views (seen below).^[5]
