Ninja Sex Party is a YouTube musical comedy duo which consists of Danny Sexbang (Leigh Daniel Avidan) and Ninja Brian (Brian Wecht). Known for their video game and internet-themed songs, the band was introduced to a larger audience after Avidan joined the YouTube gaming channel Game Grumps in June 2013.

Online History

Ninja Sex Party was formed in 2009 after Avidan and Wecht were introduced by mutual friends at the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre. The first music video they uploaded to their YouTube channel^[1], "I Just Want To (Dance)," was added on October 22nd, 2009. As of May 2014, the video has gained over 760,000 views.

On December 14th, 2009, Ninja Sex Party uploaded a video titled "The Decision." The video was featured on Funny or Die^[15] on December 15th, and College Humor^[4] on December 16th. As of May 2014, the video has gained over 1.1 million views.

As of May 2014, the most popular video on their channel is "Dinosaur Laser Fight," which was uploaded on August 17th, 2011. The video has gained over 2.7 million views.

On September 29th, 2011, Ninja Sex Party released their album NSFW. On October 7th, they uploaded a promotional video for the album. As of May 2014, the video has gained over 40,000 views.

Wecht and Avidan collaborated with Arin Hanson of Egoraptor to create Starbomb, a comedy rap album that was released on December 17th, 2013. The album's animated video was uploaded to Egoraptor's YouTube channel^[6] the same day. As of May 2014, the video has gained over 8.6 million views.

On December 20th, they released "Starbomb Ex Plus Alpha,"^[7] which featured some of their original songs and the songs as karaoke tracks, and "Starbomb Rap Along,"^[8] which featured the karaoke tracks only.

As of May 2014, Ninja Sex Party's YouTube channel has over 260,000 followers. Its official Facebook page^[2] has gained over 74,000 likes and its Twitter account^[3] has over 60,000 followers.
