W, C, D Girl refers to the slang terms W Girl, C Girl and D Girl which correlate with the words "wiener," "cock" and "dick," meaning that a W Girl uses "wiener" to say "penis" and so forth. The terms were popularized on TikTok in early 2024, predominantly following a viral video posted by TikToker Rachel Ward (@rachelwardxo).

Origin

On February 29th, 2024, TikToker^[1] @rachelwardxo posted a video in which she coined the terms "W girl," "C girl" and "D girl," humorously claiming that "If you are a W girl, we cannot be friends because I hate that word but if you are a D girl then you're a woman of my own heart." @rachelwardxo was referencing women who use the words "wiener," "cock" and "dick" to describe a penis. In one day, the video received over 2.1 million plays and 112,400 likes (shown below).
