Zachary Chad, and Starburst featuring N.Y.T.F.H.$. The clip is often used to make jokes about new-age celebrities unknown to the poster.

Origin

The Family Guy episode "Quagmire and Meg" aired on January 8th, 2012, and showed Peter Griffin's friend Quagmire taking his daughter Meg out on a date after she turns 18 years old.^[1] The episode opens with the Griffins attending the Teen Choice Awards to celebrate Meg's 18th birthday. Brian notes, "Every year I recognize fewer and fewer names," while a montage of teen idols with ridiculous names like "Grace McLady" "Chad Zachary," "Chad Chadinson" and "Tank Top Gay Face" plays.

YouTuber^[2] Mr Rupert posted the clip on January 24th, 2021, gathering over 14,000 views in four years.

The earliest known use of the video as a reaction meme is a June 11th, 2023, tweet by X^[3] user @SrEyeBrows. The post replied to a tweet listing several live streamers, gathering over 4,000 views in two years.
