Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs, also known as OCDA or OCDAOfficial.com, refers to an employee complaints company run by comedian Calimar White known by his alter-ego Agent Ratliff. White confronts employers with complaints filed by their employees and posts the videos of the interactions to his TikTok account @calimar_whit3 and his Instagram account @calimar_white. OCDA, which was founded in 2023, became a topic of internet discourse in late 2024 when White's videos garnered more virality.

History

On June 6th, 2023, comedian Calimar White shared a video to Instagram^[1] in which he was calling people's bosses to air complaints filed by his followers. White said that his name was Agent Ratliff calling from the company Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs (OCDA). His initial video received over 2,000 likes in a year.

On June 12th, White posted another video on Instagram^[2] in which he fully publicized Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs (OCDA) and asked for his viewers to submit their complaints. The video received over 3,700 likes in a year (shown below).

On September 30th, 2023, White posted a video to his TikTok^[3] account @calimar_whit3, which was his first post about OCDA on the platform. The video was about OCDA's employee requirements as he was hiring people to join the company. Over a year, the video received roughly 162,600 plays and 5,100 likes (shown below).

On October 15th, 2023, White posted a video to TikTok^[6] in which he confronted a manager at a Burlington Coat Factory. The video was the first of White's to include a real-life confrontation. In a year, the video amassed over 278,000 plays and 34,100 likes (shown below).

On October 24th, 2023, White created the official Instagram^[11] page for the company called @ocdaofficial.

Going into 2024, White's OCDA videos on TikTok and Instagram attracted more views. For instance, on March 28th, he posted a TikTok^[7] that received over 2.7 million plays and 249,000 likes in eight months (shown below).

By November 2024, White's most viral OCDA video was shared to TikTok^[8] on April 30th, 2024, gaining over 7.5 million plays and 714,800 likes in seven months (shown below).

In 2024, internet users began posting audition videos for OCDA's hiring process. For instance, on March 12th, 2024, TikToker^[9] @iamsylvesterwilliams posted a video of his audition, receiving over 25,100 plays and 300 likes in eight months (shown below).

On November 2nd, X^[10] user @HerbGoddezz tweeted two videos from White's TikTok account, writing, "I only got 3 hrs of sleep cuz I was up watching this fool. Ts the funniest thing I’ve seen I think ever 😂😂😂." The tweet amassed over 200,000 likes in two days (shown below).
