Spread

In the following days throughout February 2026, the webcomic became the subject of redraw memes and Draw Your OC Like This posts by artists on Twitter / X to draw their favorite characters avoiding or receiving a head pat.

For example, on February 7th, 2026, Twitter / X^[2] user @yeopeu_ uploaded Blue Archive character receiving the head pat. The post received more than 1,800 reposts and 18,000 likes in one week.

The next day, Twitter / X^[3] user @silanduqiaocui uploaded GeGeGe no Kitarou fan art of the character Neko Musume and the differences between her getting a head pat from two characters, Kitaro and Nezumi Otoko. The post received more than 1,200 reposts and 21,000 likes in one week.

On February 13th, 2026, Twitter / X^[4] user @shenshousss uploaded fan art of a snake being afraid of getting a head pat by a hand labeled "NPC," but happily receiving a head pat from a character named Eiden. The post received more than 2,900 reposts and 35,000 likes in four days.
