Overview

The Nine Vicious Grooming Allegations refers to accusations of grooming a minor leveled against underground rapper Nine Vicious by model Kendra Dowd. The allegations came to light in late February 2025 after Kendra made a comment on a TikTok video claiming that Nine Vicious talked to her when she was 16 and he was "at least 20." Shortly after the comment went viral, purported DMs between Vicious and Kendra leaked, which allegedly showed him hitting on her when she was 16 and he was 19. The allegations resulted in online discourse and memes, with many calling Vicious out for allegedly being a groomer.

Background

On February 26th, 2025, X^[1] user @ohfold posted a screenshot of TikToker @kendydowd, or Kendra Dowd, commenting on an unknown TikTok video claiming that underground rapper Nine Vicious, real name Trey, talked to her when she was 16 and he was "at least 20."

Two other screenshots show a now-deleted Instagram account named 1babynine, presumed to be Nine Vicious', flirtatiously commenting on Dowd's Instagram posts. The last screenshot shows another TikToker, @sleazenationn, writing, "she definitely wasn't lying he tried to groom me." The post gained over 7,600 likes in a day.

The screenshots were first posted a few hours earlier by X^[7] user @builddahoe.

Allegedly, Nine Vicious responded to the allegations in what appears to be a WhatsApp group, writing, "Bruh😭😭😭😭😭 Anyways show finna be crazy," which was shared by X^[2] user @knownunelse that day, garnering over 11,000 likes in a day. The veracity of this screenshot is unconfirmed.

Developments

Later on February 26th, 2025, X^[3] user @TruSceneIG posted four video recordings of alleged text interactions between Kendra and Trey in which he purportedly flirts and talks sexually with her, garnering over 820 likes in a day.

That day, X^[4] user @ohfold posted a screenshot of an alleged DM between the two in which Trey writes that he'll probably wait until she's 18 to have sex with her, garnering over 8,900 likes in a day.

Along with the image of the DMs, an image of Trey's alleged ID started going around online, which seems to indicate that he was 19 when she was 16.^[5]

Later that night, X^[6] user @TruSceneIG reposted a video that was uploaded to and deleted from Kendra's TikTok page in which she explained the situation.

In the video, she explains that she shared the DMs with Tru Scene IG, asking them to keep her anonymous, denying claims she wants clout through making the allegations. She then shows the DMs again for further proof, including one where he asks her to sit on his face.

She also claims she talked with him before he was a relatively known rapper, claiming she decided to come forward after seeing him blowing up online. She also says she won't take it to the police because it happened so long ago and they never got physical or met in real life.

Online Reactions

The allegations inspired discourse and memes on social media in late February 2025. On February 26th, 2025, X^[8] user @startstriking posted a Druski dancing meme about the situation, garnering over 4,300 likes in a day.

That day, YouTuber^[9] Dutie posted a video summarizing the allegations that garnered over 27,000 views in a day.
