Level 5 Gyatt Rizz Copypasta or Level 5 Gyatt Rizz Livvy Dunne Rizzing Up Baby Gronk is a slang overload copypasta consisting of a long string of Gen Z and Gen Alpha internet slang terms and references, meant to sound as absurd as possible. The copypasta was popularized on TikTok in September 2023 when user @notmr.bigchops69 posted a viral video reciting it, inspiring TikTokers to use the original sound in memes and lip dubs and spread the sentence across social media as a copypasta.

On September 12th, 2023, TikToker[1] @notmr.bigchops69 posted a stitch video responding to TikToker @hothighpriestess where, after she begins reciting affirmations, he interrupts with a long stretch of Gen Z and Gen Alpha slang terms and references, garnering over 6 million views in a month (shown below).
The references and slang terms mentioned in the video include gyatt, rizz, Livvy Dunne, Baby Gronk, Ice Spice, what the dog doin', Skibidi Toilet, only in Ohio, we go Jim, zyzz, sigma and cuh dey board.

My little cousin:," using the phrase to portray a typical child, garnering over 12 million views in three weeks (shown below).
