About
A Sniper Rifle That Shoots Bullets refers to a viral Gurren Lagann tweet on Twitter / X by user @Red__JT from May 2025, which read, "Okay, a sniper rifle that shoots bullets may be one of the coolest things I have ever seen." Shortly after, the post became a phrasal template as different anime fandoms replaced words to fit their favorite subcultures. The humor was derived from the original tweet being an obvious statement that praised the sniper for its intended purpose. The intentional redundancy of the posts were akin to Anti-Memes.
