Dua Lipa Smiling Awkwardly refers to a reaction meme and viral video of pop star Dua Lipa smiling awkwardly and nodding as a man tries to sing a song he made for her at the 2024 Glastonbury Music Festival in England. On June 30th, 2024, Instagram^[1] user and single @LiamCmusic_ posted a video of himself running up to Dua Lipa and asking her if she would listen to 30 seconds of a song he made. The video showed Liam strumming on his ukulele and singing, with Dua Lipa smiling and nodding, and eventually walking away. The post gathered 8,000 likes in a day (seen below).

The video was reposted to X^[2] / Twitter by a Dua Lipa fan page and reposted by X^[3] user @sighzach alongside the caption, "I’m crying she did not give a single fuck." The video gathered over 16 million views and 26,000 likes in a day (seen below).
