If you are serious about helping Donald Trump, then it’s time to get your ass into gear." The post gained over 7,700 likes in 10 months.

On September 10th, 2024, the night of the presidential debate between Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, Loomer was seen exiting Trump's jet alongside him. Photos of the two exiting the jet and standing next to one another went viral on X^[2][3] on the 10th and 11th. Many of the posts criticized Trump for associating with Loomer due to her conspiratorial nature and far-right political leanings.

On September 12th, 2024, X^[4] user @pesach_lattin posted a screenshot taken from a video of Trump and Loomer having their photos taken in which Trump is seen with his hand on Loomer's waist, garnering over 33,000 likes in a day.

The post's text claims that the two are having an affair and calls Loomer a "downgrade" from Donald Trump's wife Melania. Although the post claims that it's confirmed the two have been "spending nights" together, there is no evidence to suggest this is true. The post reads:

"It's been confirmed that Laura Loomer has been spending nights at Mar-A-Largo with Donald Trump. At the same time @MELANIATRUMP has been stuck in NYC, refusing to go back to Florida which she called "a swamp." He isn't even hiding it anymore, wrapping his arm around Laura and caressing her lower back. Quite a downgrade."

Also on September 12th, 2024, CNN^[8] published an article in which Loomer is quoted as saying she was on the plane with Trump the night after his assassination attempt. The quote reads:

“He wanted me on the plane with him the day after he almost got assassinated. I was with him. I flew with him to the (Republican National Convention), so it could show that I’m a trustworthy person, I have his back,”

On the same day, the MSNBC YouTube^[9] channel published a video about Loomer and Trump's relationship, although not about the affair rumors, garnering over 130,000 views in under 24 hours.
